If I understand your question, you're not so interested in finding a streaming provider as you are finding a way to play the media in your courses, correct?
There is an RTMP streaming media filter available in the plugins db:
https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=filter_rtmp. It uses the Flowplayer rtmp plugin.
