[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'IDENTITY'

Hi,

A user has raised this issue with me:

 [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'IDENTITY'

When executing my course format plugin script for a database manager call of 'change_field_unsigned()'.  I'm sure I've seen it before mentioned somewhere.  Does anybody know the Moodle Tracker for this to be fixed in core please?  Or if not if one needs to be raised.

I'm fairly convinced the issue is around line 63 of '/lib/ddl/mssql_sql_generator.php'.
