If you're looking for an extendable cloud-based, or on-premise SIS, the Skyline Education Series is a solution built on the Microsoft Dynamics xRM platform and incorporates .NET architecture. Moodle integration is in process and should be complete within the next 30-60 days. Would not recommend using Moodle outside the strong LMS capability.
