The PHPUnit documentation on http://docs.moodle.org/dev/PHPUnit_installation_in_Windows says that PHP version 5.4 is the required version when installing PHPUnit. Does that mean that it wll not run under earlier version like PHP 5.3? Or is version 5.4 just the recommended version?
