Wow, that was as easy as pie! Thanks a lot Davo I really appreciate it.

And you are right, there are a lot of icons, and once the editing is turned on. the Moodle will be slow to load the pages. Hope you guys will fix that.

One more thing please, where can I find the code for "Add an activity" drop-down-box? because I want to change the drop-down-box options to normal hyperlinks. I just need the two options which are "Chat" and "Upload a single file".

** I don't think I should write a new post for the above question because I just need to know where "Add an activity" drop-down-box is.
