Very simple data transfer (mysqli to postgresql)

Attached is some code that will copy data from one database to another - seems to work...

To use it, the structure in the source and target tables need to be identical. Ideally, just create a blank installation for the target database type.

Note that it will delete any existing data in the target database.

As it says in the code, its very simple, useful for me to test my code against different databases using the same data.
