I also do not read spanish, but with a little translation help it looks like:
You have Moodle 2.2, You want to upgrade to Moodle 2.3.
There is a guide (manual) for upgrading to Moodle 2.3 here. You can upgrade manually or using GIT which I think you might want as you mention syncronisation. If this is so, others can help with GIT as I have not used it yet.
If you have other blocks or modules in your Moodle, you would need to check that they are compatible with Moodle 2.3 before upgrading anyway.
You mention Source Code Control (control de codigo fuente) which you have access to when you download the versions of Moodle, but I cannot work out what you need unless you are talking about code development.
